The power reproducing machine MSV-1M-100/100 is the working standard of the unit of force of the 1st category and is designed for verification (calibration) of working standards of the second category (portable dynamometers) according to GOST 8.640-2014, as well as force measuring sensors with maximum loads from 10 to 100 kN during tension and compression.

Four replaceable (portable) strain gauge force measuring sensors (standards) with a high-precision measuring module with maximum loads of 10, 20, 50 and 100 kN were used as a force converter.

Power reproducing machine MSV-1M-500/500

The power reproducing machine MSV-1M-500/500 is designed for verification (calibration) of working standards of the second category (portable dynamometers) according to GOST R8.663-2009 and force measuring sensors with maximum loads from 10 to 500 kN during tension and compression.

As a force converter, seven replaceable (portable) strain gauge force sensors (standards) with a secondary device, with maximum loads, are used 10, 20, 50, 100, 200, 300, 500 Book. The standards and the secondary device are included in the state register of measuring instruments of the Russian Federation and are calibrated according to ISO 376 class 0.5.

Gearbox special 2SKTS-4

The special 2SKTS-4 gearbox is a mechanism that transmits and converts torque, with several mechanical gears. The device is operated on a logging lift of the PKS-3,5 type, mounted on the chassis of the ZIL-131 and PKS-5 car, mounted on the chassis of the URAL-4320 car.

The 2SKTS-4 gearbox has two speeds and a cast housing made of high-quality, practically non-corrosive materials. There are mounting points in the gearbox housing, for which it is moved and connected to the base.

The gear ratios of the special gearbox 2 SCC-4 are 10, 45 and 50, 58. The power on the input shaft is 4800 W, the torque on the output shaft is 3312 nm.

Stand of pitching and long slopes SKN–900

The pitching stand is designed for testing the effects of pitching and prolonged tilts according to GOST RV 20.57.305–98. SKN–900 simulates large angles of inclination of the vessel from one extreme position to another caused by an accident, turn, storm, etc. Electronic, mechanical, and electrical products installed on ships are mainly tested at the pitching stand. Also, tests of any products subject to slopes can be carried out on the stand.
